Minimum Wage Increase

Effective January 1, 2021

Effective January 1, 2021 the minimum wage in California will increase from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour in 2021 for employers with 26 or more employees and will increase from $12.00 to $13.00 per hour for employers with 25 or less employees. Regional center service providers that are currently paying a wage below these amounts may be entitled to an increase. Please review the information below to determine the steps necessary to apply for a rate adjustment.
