Service Provider Portal (SPP) – Electronic Authorizations

The Service Provider Portal (SPP) is a secure, web-based system that allows providers to access client authorization information, view reports, and email authorization documents for review and recordkeeping. This system provides a convenient and efficient way for providers to stay informed and manage service-related information in one centralized location.

Through the portal, providers can review authorization details, view payment history, and identify key contacts, such as assigned Service Coordinators.

E-Billing – Service Provider Electronic Billing System

The web-based E-Billing system is on a secure website which encrypts all data being sent back and forth between service providers and Alta California Regional Center. This online system is a more efficient way for service providers to be reimbursed for services provided, which eliminates the need for paper invoices and checks.

In addition to being environmentally friendly, service providers can access billing and pay history online through the internet.
