Survey and Stakeholder Meeting

Each fiscal year, Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) submits its plan to the Department of Developmental Service (DDS) for Community Resource Development Plan (CRDP) development. CRDP development addresses the service and support needs of individuals living in the community to avoid locked or highly restrictive settings. The projects ACRC requests are based on the goals listed below and ACRC Stakeholder input.

ACRC asks its Stakeholders (clients, families, vendors, client advocate, Provider Advisory Committee (PAC), Client Advisory Committee (CAC), ACRC staff, etc.) to provide input in which types of services and supports are needed. ACRC uses Stakeholder input as a guiding tool to determine which CRDP projects ACRC may request DDS to provide special funding for its development. This survey closed on September 29th.
