Uniform Holiday Schedule & Half-Day Billing

On February 13, 2015 a federal court issued a ruling that the Uniform Holiday Schedule and the Half-Day Billing requirements could not be enforced until such time as the state had obtained CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) approval for the requirements. As such, these requirements are no longer in effect.  Please see the link to a letter from ACRC to service providers impacted by this issue.  This letter has been mailed to service providers.   Also, see the link to the DDS website for a copy of the letter DDS sent to regional centers on this matter.  

ACRC will be working with our Provider Advisory Committee to discuss a revised uniform holiday schedule going forward.
