DDS Files Motion to Vacate Uniform Holiday Injunction

The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has filed a motion with the Federal Court to vacate the injunction against the Uniform Holiday Schedule and the 1/2 day billing rule. The attachment provides a copy of the motion.  It is not clear as to when the court will rule.  However, the DDS has asked that the court rule, if possible, prior to the next scheduled Uniform Holiday on Memorial Day, May 25,2015.  As soon as there is a ruling ACRC will post the information on this website and notify vendors that are impacted.
