Informational Session on Provider Rate Survey

Alta California Regional Center’s Provider Advisory Committee will be holding an informational session for Service Providers to learn more about the Provider Rate Survey and the importance of completing this survey.  Please click on the link in the Information Session – Provider Rate Survey attachment to sign up for the meeting that will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018.  It is important for Service Providers covered by the Survey to complete the survey so that DDS has information to take to the Legislature.
