The Service Navigator Program is a collaboration with Warmline Family Resource Center to assist families with clients transitioning from school to adult services. Come join us for a discussion on the service navigation program and how it can help you and your clients work together in navigating ACRC services better. The program is open to Early Start, transition, and adult clients ages 18 till 40 years old of African American, Hispanic, and Slavic descents. Bring all your questions with you.
