Presented by the Leap of Faith and Funded by the ACRC Self-Determination Advisory Committee
Are you interested in the Self-Determination Program (SDP)? You can join the virtual bootcamp to learn about the specific SDP steps and processes with experienced Independent Facilitators.
To get started, complete the orientation and then register for one of the weekly sessions that works for you on either Wednesday mornings or Thursday evenings. You will then receive a confirmation email with information about joining the course.
