Honored as a Finalist in Healthiest Employers® of Sacramento

Alta California Regional Center has been recognized as one of the 2019 finalists of the Healthiest Employers of Sacramento, a nationally recognized awards program powered by Springbuk Health Intelligence Platform and presented by Sacramento Business Journal. We ranked #3 in the Top Five. 

Applicants to the Healthiest Employers® awards program were evaluated across six key categories, representing a holistic view of employee well-being: Culture and Leadership Commitment, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analytics. All organizations who applied to the awards program were ranked according to the proprietary Healthiest Employers® Index, a 1-100 rubric for employee well-being programming.

As an award finalist, Alta California Regional Center has demonstrated a strong commitment to the health and well-being of their team members.

The ACRC wellness program stands out for its dedication to delivering a program that is accessible to all employees, based on its employee’s interests, and keeping the program fresh by making incremental changes. 83% of the surveyed employees said the Wellness Program made ACRC a better place to work and 94% of them said the program helped them make a positive change in their lives.
