TransparencyClient and Family Survey
The Department of Developmental Services is in the process of a rate study to review and determine if modifications are needed to the rates paid to regional center service providers.
in response to requests from stakeholders and advocates, and consistent with the Department of Developmental Services’ (DDS) efforts in coordinating a comprehensive rate study, DDS is conducting a survey of consumers and family members to further inform the rate study. DDS has contracted with Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) to facilitate the survey and worked with an advisory committee consisting of consumers and family members in the development of the survey. The on-line survey has been translated into 16 languages, which can be accessed through the use of a drop-down menu. The survey will be available to complete until October 28, 2018.
