Billing and Authorization System Outage

Our Purchase of Service systems; that is, ebilling, authorizations, and check writing are down at this time.  We have a team working on finding a solution as soon as possible.  We know that the systems will not be fixed today (Friday, July 2, 2015).  There is a slight chance that you might have access over the week-end.  We expect to be up and fully operational by Monday, July 6, 2015.  Our payment schedule for July only has been modified. All bills received by the July 13th will be paid by the July 17th.   We plan to issue checks on July 8, July 15, July 17, July 22, July 29 and July 31.  If we receive your bill before July 13th your payment could be processed in one of these earlier check runs.

Bill payers will be diligently working to get your payments to you. In order to keep them working on your payments each day  from 8:00 until 1:00 bill payer’s telephones will be answered by a support staff.  These staff will be able to answer very basic questions.  If necessary, your bill payer will call you back within 24 hours.  Please limit your calls to emergencies during this time.
