Strategies to Empower People (STEP)  ACRC-2122-10 $10,000 Provide assistive technology in one of the set-aside housing units at Marisol Village. This would provide an opportunity to observe and/or showcase the benefits of supportive technology and it’s ability to increase the independence of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 
Brilliant Corners ACRC-2122-16 $750,000 Housing Development Organization (HDO) acquisition and renovation funds for the development of an Group Home for Children with Special Health Needs (GRCSHN) Home  to serve individuals under the age of 18.  
Brilliant Corners ACRC-2122-8 $750,000 CCH Housing Development Organization (HDO) acquisition and renovation funds for the development of a Community Crisis Home (CCH) to serve individuals over the age of 18. 
Merakey ACRC -2122-6 $50,000 Mobile crisis response staffing service to assist in stabilization of client acute episodes through short term intervention in settings such as the family home, private residence, or group living situations. It is anticipated that such a service could reduce incidence of hospitalization and/or incarceration and could assist in maintaining community placement while mitigating need for emergency relocations.
AbleLight Cornerstone Village ACRC-2122-15 $2,100,000 The AbleLight Cornerstone Village is an affordable rental community development project in Elk Grove with 84 units.  It will provide 21-set aside units for ACRC clients and families that are very low income and may have a history of homelessness. Consideration for housing will be similar to the Mirasol Village project.
