HCBS Compliance Funding Projects

We are excited to share that DDS has announced $15 million in the 2021 CA state budget for the next round of HCBS Compliance Funding projects. Providers of eligible service codes may submit proposals for projects that will assist in coming into compliance with CMS Final Rule regulations. More information, as well as the necessary application forms, can be found on the DDS website.
