City of Sacramento Internet Access Resource

for Low Income Households

Post

Applications are now open for a new program funded by the City of Sacramento to improve access to high-quality internet coverage by providing qualifying residents with free wifi, computers, hotspots and training.

Eligible residents include those who are low-income and eligible for public assistance programs and live either in the City of Sacramento or the service territory of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, also a partner in the program. Households complete a screening application. If approved, they are considered for free internet access or hotspots, computers and digital literacy training.
