All In: The Festival of Accessible Theater

Please join ALL IN: The Festival of Accessible Theater, Sacramento’s first festival devoted to theater created by and for people who are neurodivergeant, blind, low-vision, Deaf or hard-of-hearing.

The festival runs September 13 to September 15, 2024, at the R25 Arts Complex located at 1725 25th Street in Midtown Sacramento. The festival is presented by Short Center Rep in collaboration with InnerVision Theater and Theater V58. Short Center Rep is a community outreach project of Developmental Disabilities Service Organization.

The festival will have evening and matinee performances of three original works: “Clowns to the Rescue” by Short Center Repertory, “Eye of the Storm” by InnerVision Theater and “Ultimate Impact” by Theater V58. Admission is free to all performances and festival events. The three productions were created as part of our yearlong Climate Theater project.

The festival kicks off on Friday afternoon, September 13, with the Forum on Accessible Theater at the Wilkerson Theater. Designed for theater presenters and artists, teachers, students and service providers, the Forum will examine how accessible theater builds community and changes perceptions about who can create and experience theater.
