Transition to Adult Services for Youth with Disabilities

As youth (14-22 years old) move into the world of adult services, they and their families have many choices regarding services.  This transition fair provides the opportunity to learn more about what options are available.

It will be held at the Sierra Two Center-Curtis Hall located at 2791 24th Street in Sacramento; Wednesday, September 21st, 2016.
