Alternatives to Conservatorship Workshop at UC Davis MIND Institute

The Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities and the Think Transition workgroup are hosting tthis workshop on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 10:00 to noon,

The topics to be discussed will be client’s rights, transition to adulthood, communication, capacity and consent, advance healthcare directive/power of attorney, other decision-making options and conservatorship.

People with disabilities and their families, medical providers and community members are invited to attend!

Parking in Lot 25 is limited and costs $6.  Free parking is a 2 minute walk away.  See map for location.
