Importance of Submitting Complete and Accurate Information

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) follows review timelines set by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to ensure Letters of Interest submitted through the Provider Directory are processed in a timely and consistent manner.

Because these timelines are fixed, the accuracy and completeness of each submission are essential. Applications that are missing required documentation or contain incomplete information may not be able to move forward within DDS timeframes and, in some cases, may need to be resubmitted from the start.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to carefully review the required checklist (NOTED ON Service Code Description Breakdown) and confirm that all items are fully complete before submitting a Letter of Interest. Submitting clear, complete, and accurate information helps avoid delays, limits the need for additional follow-up, and supports compliance with DDS requirements.
