New Medicaid Laws

The State Council on Developmental Disabilities created a PowerPoint presentation detailing some information on the impact of the new Medicaid laws that were a part of the Big Beautiful Bill signed on July 5, 2025. The purpose of the presentation is to provide information and raise awareness for how the laws will affect people with disabilities, their families, aging adults, and people who use supports to live independently.
