Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home for Children ages 7-17

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC), serving individuals with developmental disabilities, and its Stakeholders have identified a need to develop multiple projects in order to better serve individuals who have high support needs. See below for a brief description of this year’s project.

Proposed need

Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home for Children ages 7-17 (Project ID: ACRC-2526-3)-CRDP. Development of a 4-bed Enhanced Behavior Support Homes (EBSH) for regional center children with maladaptive behavior challenges. ACRC is seeking one Housing Development Organization (HDO) and one Service Provider for this project.

RFP ORIENTATION

ACRC is hosting a virtual Request for Proposal (RFP) Orientation to introduce the project in greater detail including the targeted client profiles. Although it is not mandatory to attend the RFP Orientation to apply for a project, we strongly recommend that interested applicants attend. The RFP handout containing instructions for applying for the projects will be sent via email to those who attend the RFP Orientation. The handout will also be posted on ACRC’s website, along with a recording of the RFP Orientation, following the virtual meeting on November 6, 2025.
