The Department of Developmental Services films Meta Glasses Pilot Program focus group

On July 13, 2026, Odyssey Learning Center hosted a focus group of their smart glasses supported employment pilot participants. They invited the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Employment Branch, Alta California Regional Center (ACRC), and Meta to learn about how participants used their glasses. Attendees also received the opportunity to demonstrate the new Meta frame models and styles. The DDS Communications team produced a short video about the pilot available on YouTube. ACRC is thankful for the DDS and Meta partnership in making these pilots successful.
