Competitive Integrated Employment

The Lanterman Act requires that planning teams consider the California Employment First Policy when developing IPPs. ACRC’s Board of Directors adopted an ACRC Employment First Policy. 

We have a great kickoff planned on September 21 from 10:00am – 12:00pm for our Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) Initiative. Our guest speaker, Tom Pomeranz, will provide ACRC staff, clients, family and our community partners with the foundation for an employment focused paradigm.
