Our Demographics

The clients of Alta California Regional Center are as varied and as diverse as California itself. Our statistics are updated twice each year. As of March 31, 2021, we served 26,680 people across our 10-county service area. As an illustration of the diversity we serve:

• 35.2% clients are between the ages of 18-40
• 78.7% clients live in their own home or with family
• 6.8% clients speak Spanish as their primary language
• 34% clients have been diagnosed with Autism
• 33.5% clients are female
