If you are a parent/caregiver and receive(d) an Early Start Family Outcomes Survey please fill it out. For more information please review the Family Outcomes Survey flyer - English or Family Outcomes Survey flyer - Spanish. Survey responses are kept anonymous and only are used after combining with other people’s responses. Scanning the QR code on the English or Spanish survey offers the survey in multiple languages.
LOIS Virtual Town Hall
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is hosting a virtual town hall on Thursday, October 9 from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm and Tuesday, October 21 from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm on a new system California is creating! During the town hall, you can help shape the online system by sharing your feedback.
