For more information please review the Family Outcomes Survey flyer - English or Family Outcomes Survey flyer - Spanish. Survey responses are kept anonymous and only are used after combining with other people’s responses. Scanning the QR code on the English or Spanish survey offers the survey in multiple languages.

Listening and Feedback Session
Please join Alta California Regional Center and the Sacramento LGBT Community Center for a collaborative listening session. The LGBTQIA community and their families are invited to this Listening Session as an opportunity to learn about developmental disabilities and resources offered through Alta California Regional Center, and for the community to share their needs, concerns, and potential barriers for access.

Supported Decision Making Training
Supported Decision Making (SDM) is a process that allows adults with disabilities to make choices about their own lives with support from a team of people they choose. Individuals with developmental disabilities choose people they know and trust to be part of a support network to help with decision-making.
Join us for a training on SDM on August 26, 2025 virtually from 10:30 am – 11:30 am. For those who attend the virtual training, you can attend an in-person workshop from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Seating is limited.
