Disability Rights California’s (DRC) Office of Clients’ Rights Advocacy is hosting a series of 4 workshops covering various topics relating to special education.

Overview of Special Education Rights and Responsibilities on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 9 to noon.

Understanding Your IEP Document and Writing Effective Goals on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 9 to noon.

Fair Hearing for Special Education with Margaret M. Broussard, Presiding Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), followed by Questions and Answers and Parent-to-Parent Support on Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 9 to noon.

Stories of Full Inclusion in Education by individuals with special needs and their parents.  Does inclusion make a difference? Listen, discuss and share your experience on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 9 to noon.
