Board of Directors Public Meeting for National Core Indicator and Year-End Performance Measures

You are invited to a public Board of Directors virtual meeting for National Core Indicator (NCI) and Year-End Performance Measures (formerly Performance Contract Year-End Report) on Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm.

The meeting will cover two main objectives:

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) will present data and review findings of the FY 24/25 NCI Adult In-Person Survey. Review the 2024/25 survey results with this link. ACRC wants to hear from you about the survey data-questions, comments, suggestions. Share your input with us at: ncifeedback@altaregional.org.
ACRC will present the annual Year-End Performance Measures Report to ensure transparency, accountability, and community engagement in how ACRC measures and improves its services. ACRC will present the data with key metrics and outcomes, explain how the measures are developed, and how results compare to prior years. We invite questions, comments, and suggestions for future measures.

Spanish and ASL will be provided, additional languages available when requested one week in advance.
