Through the reporting of geographically defined unmet needs, identified through the Individual program plan development process, ACRC has established the following priorities in resource development for the 2018-2019 fiscal year.
Residential Services in the Sacramento, Elk Grove, Marysville/Yuba City, Placerville, Folsom/Rancho Cordova regions. Residential resources sought would include those capable of accommodating residents with needs in the areas of behavior intervention, incidental medical care, and varying levels of support with completion of activities of daily living, potentially up to and including total care. Environments would need to possess the ability to support both ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals.
Adult Day services capable of accommodating non-ambulatory individuals who may also require total care and incidental medical care support in Sacramento County
Adult Behavior Management Programs to serve Sacramento, Elk Grove, Folsom/Rancho Cordova, and the Marysville/Yuba City region
Work based/Community Integration Training Programs to serve the Sacramento, Elk Grove, Placerville, and Yolo County
Out of home respite resources to be available for access throughout the ACRC catchment area
Behavior Intervention Services to be available for access throughout the ACRC catchment area
Early Intervention Services to be available for access throughout the ACRC catchment area
Psychologists for evaluation of service applicants throughout the ACRC catchment area
In Home Respite Agency-Incidental Medical Services for access through the ACRC Catchment area
