Service Provider Portal (SPP) – Electronic Authorizations

The Service Provider Portal (SPP) is a secure, web-based system that allows providers to access client authorization information, view reports, and email authorization documents for review and recordkeeping. This system provides a convenient and efficient way for providers to stay informed and manage service-related information in one centralized location.

Through the portal, providers can review authorization details, view payment history, and identify key contacts, such as assigned Service Coordinators.

At this time, the Service Provider Portal is being implemented for newly onboarded service providers. Existing service providers will begin transitioning to the portal starting November 1, 2026. Additional information and guidance regarding the transition process will be provided closer to that date.
