Personnel Committee

This committee is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Board of Directors on matters relating to evaluation of the executive director and personnel policies of the corporation.
In the event it is necessary to hire an executive director, the Personnel Committee, in close coordination with the Executive Committee, is responsible for recruitment, evaluation, and recommendation of proposed candidate(s).
The Personnel Committee shall include not less than five directors with one of those directors being a consumer.
