Legislative Committee

This committee is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and assessing the substance and merits of relevant legislation and reporting its findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors.  The Legislative Ad-Hoc Committee shall include not less than five directors with one of those directors being a consumer.
As an ad-hoc committee, this committee meets on an “as needed” basis.
